TONE store terms

Products and prices

Each TONE pouch contains 30 single-use nasal strips in one selected tone. A two-pouch or three-pouch offer contains two or three physical pouches. The quantity selector counts complete sets of the offer you select. Please review the selected tone, supply, quantity, price and currency before ordering. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are displayed at checkout before payment.

Your order

Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. If you notice a mistake, contact us promptly with your order number. We will explain what changes are possible for the current fulfillment stage.

Optional subscriptions

A subscription is optional and must be selected when ordering. Monthly refills contain 30 strips delivered every month; quarterly refills contain 90 strips delivered every three months. Your selected price, billing frequency, shipping and taxes are shown at checkout. A subscription authorizes recurring charges until cancelled. You can request a pause, skip or cancellation before the next charge through your subscription-management link or by emailing us. Delivery and returns

Our estimated arrival time is 3–5 days; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Available destinations and shipping options are shown at checkout. See our Shipping policy for current rates.

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee. Email us for return instructions before sending a parcel. See our Return and refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Product use and appearance

Use TONE only as directed on the product packaging. These are external nasal strips, not a treatment for sleep apnea or a replacement for prescribed therapy. Stop use if irritation occurs. Individual results and skin response vary. Screens, lighting and skin undertones can affect how each shade appears.
