Oil, skincare, makeup and moisture can reduce adhesion. Start clean and completely dry, then place, press and remove with care.

Application steps

  1. Clean & dry

    Wash and completely dry your nose. Keep the application area free of oils, skincare and makeup.

  2. Peel & centre

    Remove the backing and position the strip across the nose, just above the nostril flare.

  3. Press & seal

    Press the centre, then smooth both ends firmly onto your skin.

Remove with water

Dampen with warm water, slowly lift both ends and peel away. Use a fresh strip next time, stop if irritation occurs and follow the directions on your pack.
