TONES are designed for functional longevity. Wash them gently with warm water and mild soap after use. Allow them to air dry completely before storing them in their premium case. Do not use harsh chemicals or alcohol; this will degrade the tactile silicone putty and ruin the seal.
Can I sleep on my side with TONES?
Absolutely. Traditional foam plugs cause pain by expanding deep inside your ear canal. TONES utilize a different architecture. They mold strictly to the external surface of your ear to create a flush, airtight gasket seal. Because they sit entirely outside the canal, there is zero internal pressure. You can sleep on your side with an invisible, weightless feel.
Are They Waterproof?
Yes. The custom-molded silicone creates a completely watertight barrier over the ear canal. They will block out all moisture during swimming, showering, or water sports. For the strongest seal, ensure your ear is completely dry before applying the putty.
How do I properly apply them for maximum silence?
Roll the silicone putty into a smooth sphere. Place it over your ear canal opening and gently press it flat to fill the contours of your concha. Do not push the material inside your ear canal. The goal is to create a seamless exterior gasket. Perfect silence starts at the surface.
How long does one pair last?
With proper care and storage, a single pair can be reused 5-10 nights.
Will they get stuck in my ear?
No. TONES are engineered strictly for external surface application. Because they mold over the opening rather than inserting into it, they remain entirely outside the canal. Simply lift the edge of the flush seal to remove them. Never force the putty deep into the ear.
Will I still hear my alarm clock?
TONES provide a certified 32dB Noise Reduction Rating. This effectively silences ambient overstimulation like snoring, traffic, and general environmental noise.
