Optional subscriptions

Subscriptions are optional. Choose a one-time purchase if you do not want recurring orders.

The monthly plan includes 30 strips, billed and delivered every month. The quarterly plan includes 90 strips, billed and delivered every three months. Your selected price, billing frequency, and any applicable shipping and taxes are shown at checkout.

Recurring billing

When you choose a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the frequency shown at checkout until you cancel. We send a reminder email three days before your next scheduled charge.

Pause, skip or cancel

You can request a pause, skip, or cancellation before your next scheduled charge. Use the subscription-management link provided with your subscription, or email info@yourtone.is for help. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically cancel an order that has already been charged.

Change your shade

To request a different shade for a future shipment, email info@yourtone.is before your next scheduled order.

Orders already delivered are covered by our free 14-day return policy.
